3. Order processing and tracking
Weekday orders: orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are processed on the same day
Weekend/holiday orders: processed on the next business day
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number after shipment
4. International Shipping Notice
Tariffs/Taxes: Orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc. may incur additional fees, which shall be borne by the recipient
Customs clearance delays: International packages may be delayed by 1-3 working days due to customs inspections
